We can use outside consultants in the fields we don’t master and deliver the project in the time frame set in the contract.

We are able to assist in the preparation of the tender documents, including schedules, tables and annexes and submit the tender.

Apart from our assistance during the preparation of the tender, we supply information and a competition analysis, advantages and disadvantages of their products and ways to turn the negative point to positive and to capitalize on our strengths.

During the execution of the project we offer field assistance, communication with the customer and any help it may require. We assist to the collection of payments and solve any problems that may appear in this respect. We prepare the visits and necessary documents for both On site Acceptance tests as well as Factory acceptance tests if this is required depending on the project.

We provide all necessary financial support reports from P&Ls, cash flows, DCFs, Monthly or daily reports, Debtors and Creditors reports etc.
