Since 2008 the company is providing its services for Real Estate projects in Greater London. This includes the Rental, Selling, Purchase and renovating of Residential properties. The expertise acquired is huge providing the company with a unique advantage for its future steps in the London Property market.

We have been in the process to acquire all the necessary documents and to proceed with the development of Renewable Energy projects both in Bulgaria, Romania and in Cyprus.

We are investigating the possibilities of acquiring permits for photovoltaic parks in Bulgaria, Varna Area, Romania in Constanza area and we have asked the manufacturers of the photovoltaic panels to prepare for us the technical solutions and design of the parks.

We are at the process of evaluation the feasibility study of a Wind farm of 50MW capacity and in cooperation of a manufacturer to proceed with joint financing and development of the project. We plan to use 2MW turbines and we expect the comments of the utility company as to the available capacity on the grid to absorb the produced energy

In countries where there is continuous flow of rivers, the use of this clean energy offers great advantages both in the development of such projects but also in the repayment period of the investment. Due to the fact that the energy produced is around the clock and in spite of the feed in tariff to be lower than for PV or Wind energy projects, the return of investment is quite high.

With a team of specialists we can provide the design, planning of implementation phase, equipment provision, erection, testing and commissioning. During construction works the team will have the overall supervision so as to make sure that all provisions of the system provider have bee followed.

This is a case by case project and as long as we have the request together with the relevant information, local legislation, permits, feed in tariffs, environmental studies etc then we can assess the projects and see whether we can proceed further.

This form of investment can take shape either by participating in a company already active in this sector of economic activities or organically thought a consortium of companies involving different interests from different sectors including Agricultural products Imports & Exports.

The Imports & Exports of Agricultural products as well as the development of partnerships in Cyprus and abroad guaranteeing the supply chain, the sustainable productions, the health and nutritive factors are fundamental for our development in this domain.

At this point the company does not wish to enter the production phase of agricultural products but for sure a centre for the development of new techniques regarding the sustainability of agriculture the diseases and water consumption as well as the climate change effects on Agriculture are paramount for the contribution of Manleft Trading towards all stakeholders and the local communities.

Through our contacts and partners, we can secure quantities of medicines needed for a country and arrange the shipment of these products to arrive safely to its destination.

We can organize the distribution of such products as well as the storage conditions according to the international standards avoiding that these products put the population in peril.

We can also arrange medical equipment needed as long as the necessary specifications are provided to supplement our services to the medical sector.
